Property Description

The subject lands, known municipally as 89 Walker Road West, comprise an area of approximately 24.91 hectares (61.55 acres).

Ontario Municipal Board

The Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) issued an Oral Decision to approve the Official Plan Amendment draft, and approve the Draft Plan of Subdivision subject to conditions and defer the Zoning By-law Amendment to September 2016.

  • Hearing: September 21, 2015 to September 25, 2015
  • Oral Decision issued by the Ontario Municipal Board on September 21, 2015
  • Written Decision issued by the Ontario Municipal Board on October 29, 2015, approving the Official Plan Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision, subject to conditions
  • Written Decision issued by Local Planning Appeal Tribunal on May 14, 2018, approving the Zoning By-law Amendment and revisions to the Draft Plan of Subdivision, subject to revised conditions
  • The development applications have been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board and the information below may change.
