Draft Plan of Subdivision
The Draft Plan of Subdivision proposes 168 single detached dwellings, 25 residential reserve blocks, an environmental block (woodlot), a buffer block, greenway corridors, and a road widening and 0.3 m reserve along Mayfield Road.
Zoning By-law Amendment
The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the zoning of the property from Agricultural (A1) to Residential Two Exception 614 (R2-614) and Environmental Policy Area 1 Zone (EPA1) to implement the proposed development.
