The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the zoning of the property from Townhouse Residential - Exception 538 - Holding 18 (RT-538-H18) to Townhouse Residential Exception 623 (RT-623). The R1-XXX introduces site specific standards, including but not limited to, lot area and frontage standards, building area, height and setbacks.
