Public Engagement Sessions: Age-Friendly Caledon

Public engagement sessions will be held to share updates on the Age-Friendly Caledon Action Plan, including survey results, background details and more.

Due to continuing efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 and to protect individuals, Town Hall will not be open to the public to attend these engagement sessions, and both will be held electronically via WebEx.

Sessions 1: January 27, 2021 | 10 a.m.
Sessions 2: January 28, 2021 | 1 p.m.

How to Participate

Members of the public are welcome to participate and learn more about the Age-Friendly Caledon Action Plan and provide direct input via telephone or video conference (WebEx) upon request.

How to Listen

To listen to either of the sessions (but not participate) you may call the Toll-Free Number at 1-833-311-4101 and when prompted to enter the Meeting Access Code followed by the pound (#) key. Please refer to the specific access codes for each session below.

You may submit written comments by uploading them directly through the electronic registration form. If you do not wish to submit your written comments through the electronic registration form, you can e-mail your comments to adult55@caledon.ca. Written comments submitted will be considered public information and will form part of the public record.

To speak directly to the Adult 55+ Coordinator about the Age-Friendly Caledon Action Plan, you may complete the electronic registration form and indicate that you would like an appointment to be scheduled. Appointments will be scheduled by staff and can be for in-person or over the phone consultations.

The Town has developed a monthly Age-Friendly Newsletter providing key information, upcoming events and local opportunities available in the Caledon Area. If you wish to be included on this monthly outreach through an email notice, please make a request via email to: adult55@caledon.ca. Upon your request you will receive an email notification at the beginning of every month.
