Albert Street Reconstruction

BACKGROUND
The Town of Caledon is in the process of finalizing a design to urbanize Albert Street, James Street to John Street, in Bolton. The design is intended to address flooding concerns through the implementation of “Low Impact Development” features along the roadway. Other features included in the design works are upgraded pedestrian facilities as well as an upgraded
road platform.

PUBLIC CONSULTATION
Public consultation is a vital component of the proposed works. An Open House is being held to
receive your input, comments, and concerns on the proposed urbanization of Albert Street. At the Open House, the Town of Caledon will display information showing conceptual design information relative to the project and to answer any questions and discuss the next steps in the project.
