The Town of Caledon has a number of grants, incentives, benefits and financial assistance programs.


Business - Property Tax

Businesses with vacant commercial/industrial property may be eligible for a property tax rebate.  For more information visit the Property Tax Rebates page.

Charities

A registered charity may apply for a property tax rebate.  For more information visit the Property Tax Rebates page.

Commercial/Industrial Property

Economic Development

Community Improvement Plans (CIP) promote redevelopment, revitalization, and beautification in the Town of Caledon. Read more

Education

Town of Caledon has established a School Green Fund for all Caledon schools developing programs or projects that will help address climate change. Read more

Environment

The Community Green Fund assists local, not-for-profit or volunteer groups and schools in leveraging provincial, federal or other funds to carry out important environmental work. Read more

The Town of Caledon has partnered with Partners in Project Green to help companies identify ways to improve their financial and environmental performance. Read more (pdf).

The Green Development Program provides development charge discounts for new green commercial and industrial buildings. Read more

Golf

The Caledon Council Community Golf Tournament (CCCGT) raises funds every year to support local community and not-for-profit organizations.  For more information about the grants available and how to apply, visit caledon.ca/golf.

Municipal, Agricultural and Community Grants

The Town of Caledon's Municipal, Agricultural and Community Grant Program is intended to support organizations with goals and objectives that support the Council Work Plan. Learn more
