Summary -- The Town of Caledon will be considering an application to purchase a portion of an unopened road allowance on 5 Sideroad between Highway 50 and Landsbridge Street at a meeting of the Committee of the Whole on June 26, 2018.

 

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Caledon, pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, s. 25, as amended, and the Town of Caledon By-law No. BL-2017-81, will be considering an application to purchase a portion of an unopened road allowance described as 5 Sideroad between Highway 50 and Landsbridge Street at a meeting of the Committee of the Whole on June 26, 2018. 

Other Information

If sold, the above-noted property will be sold as is, where is. All surplus municipal properties may be subject to the Planning Act process to amend Official Plan land use policies, and/or zoning provisions depending on the potential purchasers intended end use. Any Planning Act application changes required as part of a purchase are at the initiation and expense of the purchaser. The purchaser will rely on its own investigations and other due diligence activities.
