and Dwelling data for Caledon as published by Statistics Canada on March 12,
2002.
Population and Dwelling Counts
The 2001 Census counted a total population of
50,595 in Caledon, an increase of 26.8% or 10,702 persons from the 1996 Census.
There were a total of 16,662 private dwellings in 2001, up 33% or 4,112
dwellings from the 1996 Census. As of June 30, 2003, Caledon’s population was
53,100.
