Parking Tickets

Please refer to the back of your Parking Infraction Notice for details relating to payment timelines.

If the voluntary payment is not made within 7 days of the date of the alleged infraction, you may within 15 days of the date of the alleged infraction, pay the set fine or enter a plea of not guilty and request a trial.  Failure to pay the fine imposed upon conviction will result in your Ontario vehicle permit not being renewed, and no new permit will be issued until the fine and all court costs are paid in full.

 A non refundable handling fee is added to all fine payments.

It may take up to three business days to process your payment and update the court record.

* Please do not send cash in the mail, allow for sufficient mailing time. Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

**Cheque or money order should be made payable to the Town of Caledon, please include the ticket information with your payment.

Dishonoured cheques will be subject to a $30.00 administrative charge.

Plead Guilty

Remit the voluntary payment (within 7 days of the date of ticket) or the set fine (within 15 days of the date of ticket).

Trial

You or a representative must file a Notice of Intention to Appear (NIA) at the court office within 15 days from the date of the ticket.
