Pursuant to By-law 2008-118, the Town of Caledon
requires applicants and potential applicants to meet with staff to discuss
their proposal. The purpose of such
meetings is to review the proposal, identify appropriate approval process(es)
as well as submission requirements (including any drawings and type of studies
and reports that are necessary for the processing of an application.
A pre-consultation meeting is helpful to both the
applicant and staff as it identifies any possible issues and further ensures
efficient processing of development applications.
