1 Special Constable who works at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville (Criminal
Court)

Traffic Interdiction Unit (TIU)
Community Services:
Includes Media Relations and officers assigned to deliver the DARE (Drug
Awareness Resistance Education) program and the GREAT (Gang Resistance
Education and Training) programmes in our local elementary schools

Auxiliary
Policing Unit:
Caledon
OPP also enjoys the benefit of a very active, dedicated Auxiliary Policing
Unit. These dedicated volunteer
officers support the Detachment by attending many community events such as
the Santa Claus Parade, Fall Colours, Canada Day fireworks, Terry Fox Run and
many others. These officers also
provide extra visibility and OPP presence, while providing support to uniform
